Job description
Rohlig-Grindrod is recruiting unemployed Matriculants for its 12-month Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme in freight forwarding and supply chain. The programme starts in 2027 and is based at the head office in Linbro Park, Johannesburg. On-the-job training is provided.
Requirements
- Matric with at least 50% in English and Mathematics
- South African citizen, not older than 35
- Unemployed
- Must not have completed a YES Programme before
- Customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Learn freight forwarding and supply-chain operations on the job
- Assist customers in a demanding service environment
- Work with the team to meet deadlines
