Cashier – Frontline Department, Blackheath

Job description

Brights Hardware is recruiting a permanent cashier for its Blackheath frontline department. Handle sales accurately, follow cash-up procedures and assist customers. Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• At least 6 months in a similar role
• Brights induction (service excellence) as listed in the advert
• Clear credit score
• Customer service, numerical and teamwork skills
• Willing to work flexible hours and holidays

Responsibilities

• Process sales and EFT payments accurately
• Perform daily cash-ups and security cash drops
• Pack purchases and maintain the work area
• Assist with stocktakes
