Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
• 0–6 months retail work experience
• Retail operations and administration knowledge; basic arithmetic and verbal communication
• Work retail hours; South African citizenship
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• MIE screening; no criminal record and clear credit rating
• Advantageous: one year retail experience, Retail Business Management certificate, Word/Excel/Outlook, numerical and SAP skills

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelves; maintain displays, labels, pricing and sell-by dates
• Receive and store stock; rotate, count, load and offload stock; report damaged/expired items
• Assist customers and resolve or escalate queries
• Process purchases, authorised returns and loyalty cards; maintain accurate cash flow and safe drops
• Report suspicious behaviour; maintain housekeeping and follow health and safety procedures
