Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
• 0–6 months retail work experience
• Retail operations and administration knowledge; basic arithmetic and verbal communication
• Work retail hours; South African citizenship
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• MIE screening; no criminal record and clear credit rating
• Advantageous: one year retail experience, Retail Business Management certificate, Word/Excel/Outlook, numerical and SAP skills

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, replenish goods and maintain correct labels/prices
• Rotate, count and handle stock; receive deliveries and keep storeroom tidy
• Assist customers and follow up queries
• Process purchases, authorised returns, loyalty cards and cash safe drops
• Load/offload goods; report suspicious behaviour; maintain housekeeping and safety standards
