Job description

A 12-month retail SETA-funded work-integrated learning opportunity placing finance graduates within Pepkor Lifestyle Finance in Sandton. It is intended to develop young graduates through structured workplace experience. Participants work with experienced professionals, receive support for professional development and contribute to real business activities. The listing is open to employment-equity candidates under 30. Applications close 26 October 2026.

Requirements

• BCom in Finance (aimed towards becoming a CA) or a Diploma in Finance
• Qualification from an accredited university
• South African citizenship and valid SA ID
• Under 30 years old
• Analytical judgement and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Attend induction programmes and company-function meetings
• Execute assigned duties under senior-employee supervision
• Research and document trends, technology and best practices
• Visit stores for hands-on experience
• Prepare presentations used for evaluation
