- ✓Matric / Grade 12
- ✓A University Degree obtained in 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related)
- ✓Strong interest in information technology and systems support
- ✓Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- ✓Good computer literacy and logical problem‑solving ability
- ✓Willingness to learn and adapt within a structured IT and business environment
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- ✓Good written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work well independently and within a team
- ✓Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

Job Description
TWK Agri, with its Head Office in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, is seeking dynamic and self‑motivated 2024/2025 graduates to apply for a Graduate position within the IT Department.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates who are interested in information technology, systems support, and business‑enabled IT, and who wish to gain structured workplace experience within a reputable and established organisation.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be placed within the IT Department, based on operational requirements and the graduate’s qualification background. The role will provide exposure to various IT functions across the Group, supporting both operational and business systems.
The graduate will gain hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, and business technology environments, while developing essential technical, analytical, and workplace skills through structured training and mentorship as part of the Graduate Placement Programme.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with day‑to‑day IT support and operational activities
Providing first‑line support to users, including logging, tracking, and resolving IT‑related queries
Assisting with system administration, user access management, and basic configuration tasks
Supporting hardware, software, and network‑related troubleshooting
Assisting with system testing, upgrades, and deployments
Capturing and maintaining IT documentation, logs, and asset records
Supporting internal IT projects and improvement initiatives
Learning and applying IT policies, security standards, and best practices
Assisting with basic reporting and analysis of IT‑related data
Participating in structured training, mentorship, and assessments as part of the graduate programme
