Job description

A 12-month Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded work-integrated learning programme offering structured workplace exposure within a large retail group. It accommodates several qualification streams, not only finance. Graduates receive professional support and access to experienced colleagues while developing practical workplace capability. Candidates with and without disabilities may apply. Open to unemployed South African graduates under 32. Applications close 23 October 2026 — apply urgently.

Requirements

• Accredited degree or diploma in business management/administration, HR/industrial psychology, law/risk management, financial management, software engineering or IT/project management
• Currently unemployed
• South African citizen with valid SA ID
• Under 32 years old
• Strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Attend onboarding, induction and relevant meetings
• Perform supervised duties within company functions
• Research and document functional trends and best practices
• Visit stores to gain practical experience
• Prepare presentations for assessment
