Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics or a related field
• One to two years experience in application support, IT operations or functional roles
• Basic functional understanding of finance platforms
• Attention to detail, logical problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised first- and second-line Finance platform support
• Log, analyse and help resolve incidents, defects and data issues
• Support user access, basic configuration and master data controls
• Assist configuration, testing and implementation of enhancements
• Document unit, regression and user-acceptance testing
• Validate releases and perform post-release checks
• Follow change-management, security and confidentiality controls
