Job description
Glencore Coal SA is offering 2027 bursaries in Mining Engineering for students starting first year and those already at university (first or second year). The bursary covers tuition, meals and accommodation, prescribed textbooks, compulsory excursions, a travel allowance and a personal allowance. Reference GTC 2027/003.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (plus latest university transcript if already studying)
- Studying or planning to study Mining Engineering
- 60% or higher average for current 1st/2nd-year university students
- Not already funded by another organisation
- Preference for people from communities near Glencore Coal operations
- Must complete assessments and interviews if shortlisted
