Requirements

• Matric
• 0–1 years of work experience in a similar role
• Basic MS Office Suite skills
• VISTA/MYCC experience is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Analytical ability and computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Work in cashiering, box-office or catering sales, collections, cinema assistance, waiting or popcorn functions as directed
• Maintain product and promotion knowledge to support guest upselling
• Maintain presentation and display standards
• Prepare popcorn and slush to required quality standards
• Assist with shift preparation and maintain product quality
• Keep kitchens, equipment, counters and surrounding areas clean
• Maintain storeroom standards and seal, package and store products correctly
• Submit scheduled health and safety reports
• Follow uniform and preparation standards
