Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer-facing experience (even informal/retail counts)
• Own smartphone and reliable internet/data access
• Self-motivated this is commission-only, so ability to work independently without a fixed salary is key
• Advantageous :
• Prior sales, recruitment, or education/training sales experience
• Existing network in aviation, youth development, or education spaces
• Social media savvy (for lead generation)
• Own transport
