Woolworths is recruiting a Till Operator / Customer Assistant at Overberg Shopping Centre, corner of Church Street and Plein Street, Bredasdorp. Full-time store role. Reference WWL261102-10. Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification
• Available to work various store shifts
• Basic selling skills and a customer-focused approach
• Good communication, numeracy and literacy skills

• Previous retail or customer-service experience is advantageous, not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at tills and process payments accurately
• Promote loyalty programmes and services including bill payments and airtime
• Maintain product and promotion knowledge
• Keep till areas clean and comply with hygiene and security procedures
• Report dishonesty or fraud and minimise shrinkage
