• Security+
• Network+
• ITIL Foundation
• Fortinet Certified Fundamentals (FCF)
• Microsoft Security Fundamentals (SC-900)
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Responsibilities

• 1. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional emails
• 2. Ability to handle and manage stress
• 3. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• 4. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• 5. Ability to work independently
• 6. Strong teamwork skills
• 7. Microsoft Excel and Word skills will be an advantage
