Job description

Redefine Properties offers a one-year learnership combining structured workplace training, mentoring and practical experience in the property industry. Learners may work with specialists in Property Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other functional areas. The programme includes workshops, seminars, assigned tasks and team projects and leads to a Further Education and Training Certificate in Business Administration at NQF Level 4. A competitive stipend is offered, but the amount is not stated.

Requirements

• South African citizen.
• Between 18 and 25 years old.
• Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
• Post-matric undergraduate diploma or degree.
• No tertiary studies or formal employment planned for 2027.
• Must not have completed any previous learnerships.
• Willing to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme.
• No criminal record.
