Requirements

• National Diploma in Information Technology or related.
• A minimum aggregate of 65% for overall qualification.
• No work experience required.
• A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must reside in Gauteng Province.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the ICT Support unit in daily support activities.
• Assist with minor maintenance requirements.
• Provide ICT support to all business units.
• Assist in facilitation and coordinating of user requirement gathering.
• Ensure all documentation relating to ICT Unit activities are filed and stored appropriately.
• Secure appointments with various business units, arranging and taking minutes in writing.
• Assist with gathering and first-line validation of reports for statutory requirements.
• Assist with minor housekeeping functions (hardware and software) and support users via remote control.
• Consolidation of all unit reports.
