Job description

BMW Group South Africa invites applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme. Placements are at Plant Rosslyn, the Rosslyn Vehicle Distribution Centre, National Sales Company and BMW Financial Services in Midrand, and BMW IT Hub in Menlyn. Eligible fields include Finance and Accounting, Business Management, IT, Data and Analytics, Media and Communications, Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering, Education, Architecture, Occupational Health and Safety, Logistics and Supply Chain, Law, Human Resources and Internal Audit. Applicants must complete studies by the end of 2026 or have completed them in the past 18 months, be unemployed, and have an academic average of at least 65%.
