Job description

BMW Group South Africa is offering a 12-month fixed-term YES4Youth (Y4Y) work experience programme for 2027. Participants gain hands-on workplace experience at BMW's National Sales Company and Financial Services in Midrand, Plant Rosslyn in Pretoria, or the BMW IT Hub in Menlyn. Fields of study include finance and accounting, business management, engineering, automotive and electrical trades, supply chain, IT and computer science, data science, HR, marketing and communications, UX/UI and product design, risk, insurance and law, and occupational health and safety. Requirements

• Aged 18 to 34
• Completed a relevant degree, National Diploma, Diploma or Certificate in an advertised field
• Currently unemployed
• Have not previously taken part in a YES4Youth programme
