Job description

Boomerang Marketing is accepting applications for its BPO Contact Centre Learnership in Wynberg, Western Cape. The programme offers a nationally recognised qualification, practical workplace experience and development in customer service, sales, digital and professional skills through structured training, mentorship and coaching. Applicants must live in the Western Cape and have at least two years of experience in BPO, contact centres, retail or hospitality; this is not a no-experience intake. Applicants must have been unemployed for at least one month before the final interview and must not currently be studying or enrolled in another learnership. Requirements

• South African citizen aged 18–35
• Completed Grade 12 (Umalusi)
• Resident of the Western Cape
• At least two years of experience in BPO, contact centres, retail or hospitality
• Unemployed for at least one month before the final interview
• Not currently studying or enrolled in another learnership
• Must not have participated in a DEDAT learnership programme

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training, mentorship and professional coaching
• Gain practical contact-centre experience and develop customer service, sales, digital and professional skills
• Learn industry systems and best practices while working towards a nationally recognised qualification
