Call Centre/Control Centre Learner

Job description

Tracker Connect is offering a 12-month learnership for unemployed South African youth, placed in its Customer Experience and 24-Hour Critical Services Control Centres. The learnership is a full qualification of 132 credits, combining structured unit standard-based learning with workplace experience. A minimal stipend is paid to cover basic expenses; no additional benefits apply. Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups. Requirements

• South African citizen with a valid SA ID
• Aged 18 to 35 with no criminal record
• Currently unemployed
• Not studying full-time and no previous formal work experience
• Basic computer literacy
• Matric with minimum Level 4 English and a pass in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy

Responsibilities

• Provide first-contact and one-stop customer resolution
• Capture and update customer information
• Handle customer queries and electronic communication
• Learn Tracker products, services and systems
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
• Work with invoices, adjustments, advance payments, credit notes and payment allocations
• Support data integrity, contracting and scheduling
