Engen Limited is recruiting high-performing graduates and final-year students for its structured 24-month Graduate Development Programme in Cape Town. Streams: HR/Industrial Psychology, Finance, Marketing, Safety/Environmental Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Transport Management, Sales and Marketing, Retail Management, Legal and Property Development. Closes 15 December 2026.

Requirements

• South African citizen
• Completed or completing (by end 2026) a qualification in one of the listed disciplines
• Overall academic average of at least 70%
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Rotate across business functions with mentoring and coaching
• Work on real business challenges and projects
• Complete structured learning and leadership development
