Job description

Guardrisk is offering a Human Capital graduate opportunity in Sandton, with its main emphasis on talent acquisition and recruitment support. The placement introduces the employee lifecycle through practical work with recruitment processes and wider Human Capital initiatives. The graduate will assist with recruitment administration, interview arrangements, candidate communication and onboarding. The advert requires an appropriate Human Resource Management or psychology qualification and notes that future permanent employment depends on business needs, vacancies and performance.

Requirements

• South African citizen
• Currently unemployed
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7
• No previous participation in an internship or graduate programme
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology or a closely related field
• Good administrative and organisational skills
