Human Resource Intern

Job description

OUTsurance's Human Capital department is looking for a Recruitment Intern in uMhlanga to support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This is a structured 12-month INSETA internship for unemployed graduates under a fixed-term internship agreement (not an employment contract), with a stipend. Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Completed Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law/LLB, Generic Management, Business Management or related
• South African citizen
• Not previously part of an INSETA internship/learnership
• Aged 18 to 35
• Unemployed in the last 2 months
• Strong communication, organisation and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Post job adverts on job boards and internal platforms
• Source candidates online, e.g. LinkedIn
• Screen CVs and shortlist applicants
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Keep candidates updated and maintain recruitment trackers
• Prepare interview packs and support onboarding
