Requirements

• South African citizen aged 18–35
• Matric certificate with English and Mathematics / Mathematical Literacy / Accounting
• Currently unemployed
• No previous learnership participation
• Not registered at another academic institution or engaged in other studies
• Reliable transport and willingness to work at the applicable offices / branches
• Good communication and MS Office, email and internet skills

Responsibilities

• Complete the 12-month NQF Level 5 Long-Term Insurance Adviser qualification
• Participate in theoretical learning and practical workplace experience
• Work at the placement determined by AVBOB
