Job description

FEM offers two Product Development workplace-experience opportunities through the Youth Employment Service (YES) programme in Johannesburg. Posted 3 November 2026; submit a detailed CV by close of business on 6 November 2026 using the official FEM recruitment page. Duration: 12 months. Applicants must be unemployed South African citizens aged 18–35, hold a valid ID and matric certificate, and belong to a designated group. Preference for qualifications in Project Management, BCom, Insurance or Business Management. Specific daily tasks and stipend are not stated. This is YES workplace experience, not a confirmed accredited learnership or guaranteed permanent employment. FEM applies Employment Equity and retains appointment discretion.
