Job description
The Shoprite Group's Retail Readiness Programme gives young people without work experience basic retail skills: three weeks of theory and four weeks of in-store practical training, with an NQF Level 2 certificate on completion. Participants are placed in Shoprite, Checkers and Usave stores nationally. Open to South Africans aged 18–34 with at least Grade 10, on a rolling intake.
