
Sales Administrator - Western Cape, South Africa
Requirements
- ✓Grade 12
- ✓At least 2 years’ relevant sales admin experience in the Aggregate and Readymix environment
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
- ✓Able to work accurately with an eye for detail
- ✓Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- ✓Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- ✓Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook (knowledge of BatchCon, Weighbridge and/or Batching systems will be advantageous)
- ✓Must be a team player
- ✓Be prepared to work after hours
- ✓Will be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- ✓Results orientated and self-starter
- ✓Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment

Location: Tygervalley, Western Cape, South Africa
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
Preparation of sales quotations for account and cash customers
Preparation of pro-forma invoices
Open and monitor sales purchase orders
Issue receipt numbers for payments from cash customers
Provide sales information to Management on request
Process price increases or adjustments as and when requested by Management
Liaise with Plant Managers, Weighbridge Clerks and Batchers regarding orders for delivery
Liaise with Credit Controller regarding customer queries, credit limits and account sales
Internal control processes regarding daily sales transactions
Process daily system updates for cancelled and manual delivery notes
Maintain good customer relations.
