Key Responsibilities:
As a Woolworths Customer Assistant, your daily duties may include:
Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Processing till transactions accurately using different payment methods.
Assisting customers with purchases and enquiries.
Promoting Woolworths loyalty programmes.
Selling additional services such as airtime and utility bill payments.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe till area.
Ensuring pricing accuracy on all purchases.
Reporting suspicious activities and helping reduce stock losses.
Supporting store promotions and special campaigns.
Working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.
Attending team meetings and following company policies on attendance, dress code and hygiene.
