he Risk Management Workplace Experience Student (WES) will support the Risk and Safety Department in identifying, assessing, and reporting workplace hazards and risks while gaining practical experience in risk management processes. The successful candidate will assist with conducting workplace safety inspections, compiling safety reports, maintaining hazard registers, and supporting incident and near-miss investigations. The role involves monitoring corrective actions, ensuring accurate safety documentation, participating in risk assessments and safety audits, and assisting with compliance to occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The student will also participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives, contributing to the promotion of a safe and healthy working environment while developing knowledge and skills in risk management and workplace safety practices.
