Opportunity overview

Engen, one of South Africa's best-known fuel and energy brands, has opened applications for its 2027 Graduate Trainee Programme. It is a structured, two-year programme based in Cape Town that mixes real work, mentoring, coaching and formal learning.

Engen runs service stations, fuel depots and supply operations across Southern Africa. That gives graduates exposure to a large, fast-moving business, from the boardroom to the forecourt.

Unlike many graduate adverts that close within two weeks, this one is open until mid-December. That gives final-year students time to apply properly, but strong programmes fill their shortlists early.
