Who can apply
The YES screening rules on the role pages are:
- Aged 18 to 29
- Currently unemployed
- Never been on a YES4Youth programme before
- A completed tertiary qualification in a field that suits the route
Some descriptions also mention students. Because the YES rules ask for a completed qualification, students should confirm with Symrise before assuming they qualify.

What you will do
Planning interns, for example, help prepare production schedules, monitor stock, coordinate raw materials and build supply-chain reports. Every route is real workplace experience inside a global manufacturer.
Stipend: the role pages do not state an amount. Do not trust any website that quotes a figure without a source.

Tips before you apply
1. Apply for the route that matches your qualification. Applying for all seven with the same CV rarely works. 2. Put your qualification, completion year and town on the first page of your CV. 3. Say clearly that you are unemployed and have not done YES before.
